MANTECH’s Automated MT Series Analyzers

Highly Configurable for Water, Soil & Food Quality Analysis

MANTECH’s automated MT Series analyzers are adaptable to fit different analysis process requirements. Each system utilizes MANTECH Pro software, making it easy to add more parameters (e.g., pH, alkalinity, EC) and automation capabilities as the needs of laboratories change.

MT Series Analyzers – Benchtop Systems

The benchtop systems are most beneficial for laboratories who analyze smaller batches of samples or parameters that happen on an infrequent basis.

MT3: Direct Probe Analysis

The MT3 measures parameters within the sample vessel after the analyst submerges the probes directly in the sample. MANTECH Pro software consolidates results from multiple measuring meters, allowing all the data to be captured in one place for analysts to review data and generate reports easily.

MT4: Direct Probe Analysis and Adjustment

The MT4 measures parameters via direct probes and adjusts samples to match the desired result setup in the software. For example, the 5-Day BOD test requires samples to fall within a specific pH range. The MT4 would measure pH and adjust the sample if its pH was outside of this range with the reagent required. Reagents can be delivered by one or two pumps or burets depending on the application and desired adjustment range. Additionally, this feature can be automated with an autosampler.

MT5: Titration Based Analysis

The MT5 utilizes a 100,000-step buret to perform titration-based analyses.

MT Series Analyzers – Autosampler Systems

The autosampler systems automate direct probe and titration analyses for large batches of samples, freeing up analysts’ time and improving productivity in the laboratory.

MT10: Analysis and Dip Rinse

The MT10 measures parameters within the sample vessel. The probes, stirrers and dispense tips go to designated rinse positions in the sample rack for cleaning between samples.

MT30: Analysis and Rinse Station

The MT30 also measures parameters within the sample vessel. The main difference from the MT10 is that the MT30 includes an automated rinse station where the probes, stirrers and dispense tips are cleaned. Users can choose between a dynamic flowing rinse or jet rinse stations, depending on the level of cleaning required.

MT100: Analysis, Rinse Station and Sample Pipetting

MT100 systems measure multiple parameters from a single sample vessel simultaneously, even if one or more of the parameters require titration. The system pipets sample volumes into one or more of MANTECH’s TitraSip modules where titration analysis occurs while direct probe analysis happens within the original sample vessel. Thus, eliminating the need for analysts to manually pipet volumes of sample into separate vessels to measure multiple parameters.

AM500 Series Autosamplers

The autosampler MT Series analyzers can automate front-end tasks in addition to analysis, such as barcode scanning, uncapping/capping bottles, sample splitting and sample preparation with MANTECH’s AM500 series autosamplers.

Unlike the the AM400, AM420 and AM430 series autosamplers which include one z-arm, these autosamplers include two z-arms, enabling more automation capabilities.

Whether your laboratory analyzes a handful or hundreds of samples per day, MANTECH has a solution!
