MANTECH’s warranty policy does not cover computer products, YSI branded products, PRO Scientific homogenizers, non-MANTECH branded electrodes/probes, parts, consumables, expendable items or items with physical damage. Warranty/service for items not covered are to be handled direct by the end users through the manufacturer or the local distributor.

As a standard, MANTECH instruments are warrantied for a period of one year. For added peace of mind, MANTECH offers single or multi-year extended warranty options for coverage of one or multiple of customer’s systems.

Included With Your Extended Warranty:

• Annual preventative maintenance visit
• NO charge telephone or remote support
• NO charge loaner equipment
• NO charge replacement parts
• NO charge repair of faulty equipment

MANTECH Instruments are warrantied for a period of one year (unless otherwise specified) from the date of shipment. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship (parts and labour), under normal installation, use and maintenance, within the region of installation,
as described in the operator’s instructions. Please refer to the user’s manual. MANTECH warranty covers failures due to manufacturers workmanship or material defect from the date o f purchase by the user. MANTECH reserves the right to ask for proof of defect such as photos or reported results. Proof o f purchase such as the original invoice or packing slip may also be requested. Warranty is void if product has been altered, abused, misused repairs attempted by unauthorized persons, or damages occurred in transit.

pH electrodes, ORP electrodes and electrode accessories are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of nine (9) months from the date of shipment from MANTECH provided when used under normal conditions and in accordance with the operational limitations and maintenance procedures in the instructions and when not having been subjected to accident, alteration, misuse or abuse.

Ion Selective Electrodes are warranted to be free from defect s in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of shipment from MANTECH.

Electrodes that have been received broken or cracked must be reported within 90 days of the product shipment in order to be considered for replacement.

Please follow the manual for trouble shooting and cleaning instructions if no physical damage is present. If poor results still occur, please contact our technical support team.
